Wrongful death: Tennessee police seek hit-and-run driver

When headed to work in the early morning hours, the last thing a person wants to deal with is the aftermath of a car accident. However, anyone in Tennessee or other areas of the country who are involved in an accident are legally obligated to stop and contact police. As the weather warms in Tennessee and across the country, there will likely be more people using the roadways in ways other than as a traditional motor vehicle. Employment law complaint alleges sexual harassment

Millions of workers in Tennessee and across the country have one primary goal when it comes to their occupation -- to complete their job-related tasks to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, the actions of others can sometimes prevent them from meeting this goal, often in the form of sexual harassment. However, such behavior is in violation of employment law and prompts many people to seek justice in a civil court.

Are you unintentionally engaging in reckless driving?

Many drivers have engaged in reckless behavior at some point, sometimes without realizing they are doing so. Reckless driving presents a lot of danger to everyone on the road though.
